Being Aesthetic Teens with Moodboards?🌟💫

Hello bookish 📚 people!

Today, we diecided to go for something a little bit different, with a series of 💫aesthetic boards💫!

(Also, ft. me using way too many emoji's in this post)

I've chosen the topic of Winter ☃️ Reading! I'll go into a little more depth for each of these a bit later on, but here's a little run down of something extra we are gonna be adding to A Few Chapters 'til Love, too!

A Monthly 💫Aesthetic💫 / Challenge

Yep, that's why we are doing this! Starting from today, AFCTL will be doing a monthly challenge based off of an 💫aesthetic💫!

For example, this month, AFCTL has chosen the 💫 aesthetic💫 of a Winter ☃️ Reading theme! This means that we will be creating a bookish 📚 💫 aesthetic💫 board based off of this topics, and then writing a short reasoning for this at the bottom!

Winter☃️ Reading📚 Aesthetic💫

Here in NZ, we have just hit winter☃️ which made sense for me to use it as one of my aesthetic💫 boards in this blog post💻! I am going to be reading the book The Lion the Witch and the Wadrobe, if not only to revisit my nostalgia!

What is a winter book that you love?

  1. I LOVE this idea!! So pretty! Here in Romania we are in full Spring, with rain 7 times a week, 5 hours a day ( feels more like England to be honest). My ideal winter read would be The winternight trilogy. I love the atmosphere in those books and I would gladly re-read them sitting in a comfy chair with blankets on top <3

  2. I love this (: the images really capture the feel of winter reading. I've got to admit that, although I still need to read them, The Winternight trilogy was what popped into my head at the mention of winter reads too :L Although The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe definitely fits the wintry feel as well.

    1. I always jump to the Narnia series where I can because I love it so much! TLTWATW is my favorite first book in any series, I think :)

    2. I feel bad saying this but I actually kind of preferred the film version of it. I loved the actual stories that were being told in the books but something just didn't fully click with me /: I have the book boxset somewhere though so I'll give it another shot sometime as it was a long time ago that I read the books so maybe my feelings would have changed now. Either way the books definitely deserve a lot of love though for creating such a wonderful, magical world.

    1. Thank you so much! We wanted to try do something a little bit different, and so we chose an aesthetic! It might grow in the future, but at the moment it is just something easy and fun! The Narnia movie was done very well, and I think (don't quote me on this) that Netflix is doing an adaptation?

  5. I love aesthetics so much but I've never made one myself because they seem like they'll take a lot of time. the end result is always so worth it though, and I love your winter aesthetic! I've heard great things about Something Like Gravity!
